As Director of Construction for The Moffat Company, Joshua oversees construction work in the field.  He oversees all Project Managers and Superintendents.  He brings vast knowledge and experience in commercial and residential work.  He has a deep understanding of all aspects of construction management from design, scope, estimating, bidding, contracting and completion.
