As the Acquisition & Development Manager for The Moffat Company, Thomas oversees land acquisition, development, pre-construction, and marketing.  He has a broad and deep understanding of land entitlement, zoning, land development, estimating of costs, marketing and disposition of real estate.  Thomas holds a Real Estate License in the State of Utah and oversees all sales & marketing teams for The Moffat Company.
